Just got off the phone after an hour of troubleshooting with a Comcast CSR who couldn't fix the connectivity issue. She scheduled a technician for Thursday and the last thing she said before hanging up was a scripted, "Don't forget to put a smile on your face. " 😐 #No

@Xfinity has no direct messaging, not shocked. The worst customer service company that's ever existed. I was promised a price reduction and a week later it was reverted back. Tried to cancel my service via chat (a phone call is impossible!) 1st attempt supervisor left the chat.

@LunchMattersNow @Xfinity Their automated system is garbage. I’ve been hung up on so many times. I have to restart my modem at least twice a week because everything loses the internet connection. I’m thinking about looking into StarLink.
