The Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLEÂ
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customerâs preferred language (French or English)
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiencesâ¦with a smile
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
â¢Â ÂThe ability to speak fluent French and English
â¢Â Â1+ year of customer service experienceÂ
â¢Â ÂA high school diploma or GED
â¢Â ÂA quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
â¢Â ÂStrong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
â¢Â ÂProficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
â¢Â ÂEagerness to learn new technologies
â¢Â ÂA desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
oÂÂ ÂA work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
