Does anyone have a 2017 Honda pilot as their mom car? Thinking about getting one but want some reviews!

I drive a 2008 Honda pilot and it's been great as a mom :)

The car mom may have an older review on it or the newer model. It was on my list to look at but ultimately decided on the Toyota grand highlander because I will need decent drunk space with the third row up since I have Captain seats in the second row so can’t do 3 across.

I have a 2011 Honda Pilot and absolutely love it!
It depends on your needs.
We decided on the pilot because we live fairly remote so the road conditions can get pretty bad so a van isn’t really an option, but I also drive a lot so I didn’t want to go as big as a suburban quite yet just because of fuel cost.
For two kids it has a great amount of room, but 4+ it might not be the most comfortable option, still doable.
Hondas are supposedly reliable too

I have a 2016 Honda pilot, I’ve had it for years and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I LOVE IT!! My husbands currently thinking about taking over it for work purposes and the fact that 3 kids won’t fit in his car and the only car I’m even slightly interested in looking at is another Honda pilot!

I had a jeep wrangler and they gave me a pilot as a loaner, it was a 2018. It was literally the BEST! there was so much space and there were so many options for it. It definitely changed my mind about getting a more spacious car. I had it narrowed down between the Honda pilot and the VW atlas. We ended up with the atlas but I still think about the pilot all the time �� I tried talking my dad into getting one

I have a 2018 Honda Pilot that has been great for 2 kids. I'm pregnant with the 3rd (will have 3 car seats) so we are now looking at something bigger.

I have a 2016 Honda pilot and really have no complaints. I keep the bigger seat in the back folded down(can still fit my 4 kids), and there’s so much room!

I have a 2020 pilot with captains seats. It’s great for 2 kids but now I’m struggling to see how we will fit 3 kids and our two labs. We will have an almost 4 year old, barely 2 year old and the infant. I kind of wish I didn’t have captains seats so all 3 could fit in the second row. Not quite sure how I’ll get my oldest in the very back and buckled in.
Long story short, we will probably keep it for a bit and see how it all goes then upgrade to an expedition just to have more space and all.

i once got into an accident with a honda pilot and it flipped over. everyone was relatively fine but for that reason i’ll never get one
