I love our culture of honor, we truly live it out from our leadership team to the way we treat our clients." - current clinical employee Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPurpose: Counsel clients and help meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Responsible to ensure and/or deliver and properly document the provision of treatment services for program clients including the Initial Service Plan, Comprehensive Assessment, Individual Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, Summary at Termination of Services.
Candidates need to be licensed as an LADC or ADC-T.
